Profiles
We have five
solicitors and six support staff. Due to the nature
of provincial practice, our solicitors encounter a wide
range of legal matters and with individual solicitors focusing
on particular areas of law our combined legal expertise
can deal with most legal problems.
John Neill
- Senior Partner, is a graduate of Trinity
College, Dublin, and obtained a postgraduate Masters degree
from Queen's University, Belfast. He qualified as a solicitor
in 1984 and has worked in the firm since then. He was appointed
a Notary Public in 1991.
Job Focus: Commercial and domestic conveyancing,
landlord and tenant, sales and purchases of business and
companies, planning law, wills and trusts, inheritance tax
planning, notarial services.

Annabel Neill
- Partner, is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin
and studied law as a postgraduate student at Queen's University,
Belfast. She obtained her professional qualification from
the Institute of Professional Legal Studies,Belfast and
joined the firm in 1988.
Job Focus: Succession law, wills and probate, inheritance
tax planning, inter-family property transactions, management
of patients' affairs including controllership applications
and enduring powers of attorney.

Margaret Keown
- Salaried Partner, graduated in Law from Manchester
University. She obtained her professional qualification
from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's
University, Belfast, and joined the firm in 1988.
Job Focus: Civil litigation, including, amongst
others, road traffic, personal injury and medical negligence,
claims employment law and debt recovery.

David McCormick
- Solicitor, is a graduate in Law from Queen's University
Belfast. David also studied for his professional qualification
at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and joined
the firm in 1989.
Job Focus: Building developments, domestic and commercial
conveyancing, landlord and tenant, property law and wills.
